We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our marketing company's client as an additional Company Director. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

As the Company Director, you will play a crucial role in assisting the company in its directorship responsibilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the organization, ensuring its continued growth and success.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the management team
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives
• Keep the relations with the accountants, Auditors and Bankers
• Oversee financial performance and budgeting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Live in Bulgaria
• Proven track record of successfully managing the director position
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies
• Experience in budget planning and financial management
• Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools
• EU passport and residence is a must
