Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and independent Accountant to join our team at Parker-Hannifin in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this role perfect for recent graduates or those looking to start a career in accounting. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and reports - Assist with budget preparation and forecasting - Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy - Analyze financial data and provide recommendations - Assist with audit preparations - Handle accounts payable and receivable - Support the finance team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Negotiation skills and the ability to research financial data
