Job Description:
We are looking for a resilient and independent Accountant to join our team at Harley-Davidson in Toronto, Ontario on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Accountant working from home, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to ensure the financial health of the company.
Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting transactions - Prepare budget forecasts - Publish financial statements in a timely manner - Handle month-end and year-end close process - Conduct financial audits - Develop and implement accounting policies - Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports - Ensure compliance with financial regulations - Assist with tax audits and tax returns
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 4 years of experience in accounting - Strong decision-making skills - Adaptability to changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP - Detail-oriented and organized - CPA certification is a plus
