Accountant - Work from home

First Data is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in accounting and be able to work effectively from home.

Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and reports - Manage accounts payable and receivable - Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Provide financial analysis and support to management - Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies - Collaborate with team members and management to optimize financial processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - CPA certification is preferred - 3+ years of experience in accounting - Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful personality - Strategic planning and adaptability
