Accountant - Work from home

Job Description:

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Accountant to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Entry Level position, the Accountant will have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dedicated, possess strong communication skills, and have a talent for strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records for Lowe’s - Perform regular financial analysis and reporting - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Support month-end and year-end close processes - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards - Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights - Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field - 1+ years of accounting experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong communication skills - Strategic planning abilities - Adaptability and dedication to meeting deadlines - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
