Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Canadian National Railway Company is looking for a Remote Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, entry-level position, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable. As a Remote Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to ensure payment terms are met - Assist with month-end close processes - Maintain accurate records of transactions - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues - Provide support for audits and financial reporting
