Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoices for payment - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports and records - Assist with month-end closing activities - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner - Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Energetic personality with a cooperative attitude - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
