Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable at CMS Energy in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position ideal for someone with 1 year of experience in a similar role and who possesses a strong work ethic and a drive to excel in their career.

Responsibilities: - Process and reconcile invoices and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner - Prepare and execute payments to vendors and suppliers - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices - Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Energetic personality and a strong drive to succeed - Soft skills including innovation and people management
