Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Ingredion is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time employee at the associate level, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices and purchase orders - Process payments to vendors in an accurate and timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Record and maintain accurate financial records - Assist with month-end closing processes - Communicate with vendors to address payment-related inquiries - Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Hardworking and confident individual - Strong persuasion and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
