Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Zimmer Biomet Holdings, a leading medical device company, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities and account analysis - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Assist with internal and external audits as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
