Accounts Payable

Job Description: Seaboard, a leading company in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and possess strong soft skills such as adaptability and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records related to accounts payable - Assist with month-end closing processes - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Attention to detail and accuracy
