Job Description:

Kinder Morgan is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and a confident, hardworking personality.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and other payment requests accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and ensure all payments are made on time - Work with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices - Assist with month-end close processes and reports - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Handle inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payments

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strategic planning and time management skills
