Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function for our company.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments from clients and customers - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Generate and send out invoices - Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with budgeting and forecasting related to receivables - Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing - Maintain organized records of all transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strategic planning and persuasion soft skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
