Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Harman International Industries is seeking a passionate and resourceful Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments from customers - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate invoices and statements - Follow up with customers on outstanding balances - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Assist with monthly financial reporting - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and collection processes

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Creativity and adaptability to changing circumstances - Previous experience in accounts receivable preferred
