Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Phillips 66 in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and disputes - Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer payments and transactions - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines - Persuasion and negotiation skills
