Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Aflac is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Montreal, Quebec on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and resilient, with excellent emotional intelligence and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes remotely - Prepare and send invoices to clients - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues - Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records - Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions - Collaborate with the finance team to improve efficiency and accuracy of AR processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
