Remote Accounts Receivable

Praxair, a leading provider of industrial gases and related technologies, is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, resilient, exhibit leadership skills, and excel in time management.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and other irregularities - Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies - Process credit card payments and other forms of payment - Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end closing activities

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in accounts receivable is a plus but not required
