Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Symantec in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no years of experience required.
Responsibilities: - Process invoices in a timely manner and follow up on outstanding payments - Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions - Communicate with customers to address any billing inquiries or issues - Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the finance department - Adhere to established accounting policies and procedures - Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
