Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Diamond Schmitt Architects is seeking a part-time Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a leading architecture firm, Diamond Schmitt Architects is committed to pushing boundaries and creating innovative designs. We are looking for a hardworking and independent individual with at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable to help support our financial operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation. 2. Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments. 3. Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies. 4. Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and financial performance. 5. Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiencies. 6. Assist with month-end closing and other financial tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. 2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Leadership skills to guide and support junior members of the team.
