Job Description:

Tesoro is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances - Reconcile discrepancies in accounts receivable records - Prepare and send out invoices to customers - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions - Assist with month-end financial close activities related to accounts receivable - Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Leadership and emotional intelligence soft skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
