Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Dick’s Sporting Goods is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Remote Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accounts receivable records, processing invoices, reconciling customer accounts, and communicating with customers regarding payment status.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner - Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and resolve any issues or discrepancies - Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers - Assist with cash flow management and forecasting - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Conduct research on new accounts and perform credit checks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong organizational and planning skills - Excellent research abilities - Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
