Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Foot Locker as a remote worker based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances - Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with customers to address payment issues and provide excellent customer service - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and collections - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging - Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes - Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies

Requirements: - Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptability and decision-making skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Driven and resilient personality traits
