Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a part-time, work-from-home position perfect for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payment processing, and collections - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner - Communicate with customers to ensure timely payments and address any billing inquiries - Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records - Analyze and report on accounts receivable metrics to management - Provide support for audits and financial reporting as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Resourceful and dedicated to achieving goals - Ability to negotiate effectively and make decisions autonomously
