Online Accountant

Job Description:

Reynolds American is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Accountant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an entry-level position, no previous experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records for online transactions - Reconcile online accounts and ensure all transactions are accounted for - Assist in the preparation of financial reports - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of online financial data - Monitor and analyze online revenue and expenses - Implement and maintain online accounting systems - Identify and resolve discrepancies in online financial records - Assist in online budgeting and forecasting - Provide support for online audits - Stay up to date on online accounting best practices and trends

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail - Ability to manage projects effectively - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - CPA or pursuing CPA designation is a plus - Bilingual in English and French is preferred but not required
