Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in our Toronto office. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online accounts payable process, including processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy - Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments - Keep accurate records and maintain organized electronic files - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and improve efficiency - Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the accounts payable function

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in accounts payable processes - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Creativity and presentation soft skills
