Online Accounts Payable

Job description:

CAE, a leading company in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Processing a high volume of online invoices accurately and efficiently - Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner - Communicating with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve issues - Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of payments - Assisting with month-end close activities and financial reporting - Maintaining accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions - Contributing to process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts payable processes

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members - Strategic planning skills to optimize accounts payable processes - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
