Online Accounts Payable

As an Online Accounts Payable at DHL in Toronto, Ontario, CA, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable processes in an online setting. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy - Process payments to vendors in a timely manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues - Maintain accurate financial records - Collaborate with team members to streamline accounts payable processes - Assist with month-end closing procedures

Requirements: - Must be independent and driven - Strong teamwork and negotiation skills - Excellent attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent
