Job Description:
Manulife is currently seeking a part-time Online Accounts Payable to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Processing and verifying online payments - Reconciling accounts payable transactions - Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Investigating and resolving discrepancies - Working closely with vendors to obtain necessary documentation - Maintaining accurate financial records - Assisting with month-end close processes - Adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong planning and negotiation skills - Excellent attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
