Online Accounts Receivable

Emerson Electric in Montreal, Quebec, CA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Specialist on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is driven, independent, creative, and persuasive.

Responsibilities: - Process online payments from customers and reconcile accounts - Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers on outstanding balances - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to online payments - Generate invoices and statements for online transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments - Provide support to customers who have inquiries or concerns regarding their online accounts - Assist in the development and implementation of new online payment systems and processes

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in accounts receivable or online payment processing is a plus, but not required - Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
