Job Description:

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the finance industry.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes and ensure timely collection of payments - Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy - Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies - Generate financial reports and provide analysis on accounts receivable performance - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments - Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred - People management skills and experience with customer service - No prior experience required; we are looking for individuals with a willingness to learn and grow
