Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Kellogg is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for remote work in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, possess critical thinking skills, and excel in time management.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails. 3. Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records. 4. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries. 5. Conduct research and compile data as needed. 6. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. 7. Assist with special projects and events as required. 8. Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled securely. 9. Other duties as assigned.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role. 2. Excellent communication and organization skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong attention to detail. 6. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. 7. Experience with remote work is a plus. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and workspace for remote work.
