Job Description:
Citigroup is seeking a motivated and dedicated Administrative Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate level, with a minimum of 4 years of experience required. As an Administrative Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing company documents, files, and records - Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations - Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases - Providing general administrative support to team members - Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries - Managing office supplies and inventory - Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Innovation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
