We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Administrative Coordinator to join our team at United Continental Holdings. This position will be based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, and will be a part-time role at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong cooperation and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team by handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. 2. Assist with the coordination of projects, including tracking timelines and deliverables. 3. Handle travel arrangements and expenses for team members. 4. Prepare reports and presentations for meetings. 5. Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed. 6. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
