Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and passionate Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Amazon.com in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Assist with document preparation and organization, including creating reports and presentations - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and in good working condition - Help with event planning and coordination, including virtual meetings and conferences - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow - Handle any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in an administrative role - Reliable and able to work independently - Passionate about providing excellent support to the team - Excellent cooperation and communication skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
