Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

SAP Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to jumpstart their career in operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including project management, decision-making, and problem-solving - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow - Conduct research and analysis to support business initiatives - Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Maintain a high level of reliability and professionalism in all tasks

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent decision-making and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace - Reliable internet connection and home office setup - Energetic personality with a positive attitude
