Job Description: As the Operations Manager at Ralph Lauren, you will be responsible for overseeing the remote work operations in Toronto, Ontario, CA. You will work part-time in a mid-to-senior level position, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating and managing remote work operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement remote work policies and procedures - Monitor and optimize productivity levels among remote employees - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Track and analyze key performance metrics - Manage budgets and resources effectively - Provide leadership and support to the remote teams - Oversee project management and decision-making processes - Drive a culture of adaptability and hard work among remote employees
