Job Description:
Irving Oil is seeking a dedicated and reliable Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in operations management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Monitor and manage operational budgets to ensure profitability - Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance communication - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Supervise and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment - Collaborate with senior management to achieve company goals and targets - Travel to different locations as needed to oversee operations and address any issues that may arise
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in operations management - Strong persuasion and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Flexibility to travel and work remotely
