Job Description:
Rogers Communications is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in an administrative role. We are looking for an independent and reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence - Assist with project coordination and planning, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time - Conduct research and prepare reports as needed - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Assist with event planning and coordination as required - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in an administrative role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Strategic planning and adaptability skills are a must - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
