Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are seeking a resourceful and dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Philip Morris International in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various other office tasks.


Responsibilities: - Manage calendars and schedules for team members - Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering - Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail - Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports - Provide general administrative support to team members as needed - Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in an administrative role - Resourceful and dedicated individual with excellent time management skills - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
