Job Description:
Norfolk Southern is seeking a Remote Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires no prior experience.
Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between remote team members and management - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Manage and organize digital files and documents - Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed - Communicate effectively with team members and external parties - Assist with presentations and reports as required
Requirements: - Adaptability and flexibility in a remote work environment - Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to give professional presentations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
