Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to senior-level executives - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments - Manage travel arrangements and itineraries - Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports - Assist with project management and planning - Maintain and update company databases and filing systems - Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting as necessary - Participate in special projects and events as needed - Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and running errands
Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
