Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and reliable Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Loblaw Companies. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal life. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence. 2. Support the team with data entry and document preparation. 3. Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. 4. Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets. 5. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person. 6. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings. 7. Conduct research and compile information as needed. 8. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and reliable individual with strong decision-making and strategic planning skills. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
