Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Oshkosh is seeking a motivated and reliable Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position is a part-time, work-from-home role ideal for entry-level professionals with no prior experience. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative needs of our team and assisting with various projects.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members. 2. Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. 3. Handle communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders via email and phone. 4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members when necessary. 5. Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems. 6. Assist in organizing and executing company events, both virtual and in-person. 7. Provide general administrative support to team members as needed. 8. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.


Requirements: 1. Must be reliable and independent, able to work from home with minimal supervision. 2. Strong time management and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work well in a remote team environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
