Responsibilities:


1. Act as the main point of contact for all administrative duties within the organization. 2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. 3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. 4. Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems. 5. Assist with the organization of events, conferences, and meetings. 6. Conduct research and compile data as needed. 7. Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the team. 8. Provide general administrative support to the team as required. 9. Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings. 10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


Requirements:


1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Leadership capabilities and the ability to take initiative. 7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 8. Strong work ethic and a commitment to high-quality work. 9. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. 10. A proven track record of being resourceful and driven in a work environment.
