Job Description:
Harman International Industries is seeking a part-time Remote Office Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the remote office. 2. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expenses. 3. Serve as a point of contact for remote employees, providing support and assistance as needed. 4. Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the remote office. 5. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. 6. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual who can work independently and take initiative. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills to effectively communicate with remote employees. 3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
