Job Description:
AGCO is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all aspects of our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating maintenance and repairs. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls. 3. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. 4. Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees. 5. Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards. 6. Oversee office budget and expenses, tracking spending and identifying cost-saving opportunities. 7. Coordinate office events and activities to promote employee engagement and morale. 8. Manage office vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and agreements. 9. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field. 2. Confident and resilient personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. High level of adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and workload. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
