Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


Kellogg is seeking a confident and energetic Office Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for our team.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies. 2. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and assistance as needed. 3. Support senior management with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports. 4. Coordinate office events and activities, including team-building exercises, training sessions, and staff celebrations. 5. Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating performance reviews. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional communication and alignment on key projects. 7. Conduct analysis and project management to drive continuous improvement in office processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in an office management role. 3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. Confidence and energy to lead initiatives and drive change within the organization.
