Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


Genuine Parts is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Office Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level Office Manager with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments.


Responsibilities: - Managing office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed - Coordinating meetings and appointments, including scheduling conference rooms and sending out invitations - Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails - Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking - Maintaining filing systems and organizing office records - Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service - Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed - Assisting with special projects as assigned by management - Ensuring office policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in office management or a related field - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with vendors, clients, and colleagues
