Job Description:
AutoZone is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience who possess a strong drive to succeed and are resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. - Assist in maintaining employee records and organizing meetings and events. - Provide administrative support to senior management and department heads. - Monitor and manage office expenses and budget. - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Emotional intelligence and cooperation skills. - Driven and resourceful personality traits.
