Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Office Manager to join our team at CVS Health in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate-level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in office management or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate all office operations and procedures - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Ensure the office is organized and running efficiently - Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed - Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and budgeting - Assist with HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations - Act as a liaison between employees and management - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
